NEWS: THE AVIATORS

For the past two years I've been involved in the creation of a brand new television series titled "The Aviators". The Aviators is a new weekly magazine-style TV series featuring interesting people, the latest aircraft, the coolest technology and the best fly-in destinations.

It takes you behind the scenes to show you how airline pilots train, how planes are built, and how ATC works. The showwill profile aviation businesses and showcase aviation products as well as safety tips for private and recreational pilots and career tips for professional pilots.

The Aviators is all-things-aviation: "For everyone who has ever gazed skywards."

The showairs in Vancouver on CHEK TV (Chanell 6) on Wednesdays @ 7:30PM and SUNDAYS @ 10:30PM

NEWS: HD AVAILABLE

The short films are now available in HD and the longer form independents will be available within 2 days. I'm going to keep Ganja Pete at regular quality as I don't believe it's worth the trouble.

NEWS: HD UPGRADE

I've been working for countless hours into upgrading all the films into HD quality, however I've been having a lot of interlace issues with some of the shorts, choosing the right size to quality ratio and keeping in mind computer performance. I'm almost complete and they should be available within 2 days. I'm also pondering whether to keep the old video's for a while for lower end CPU's.

NEWS: ACADEMY OF CANADIAN CINEMA & TELEVISION

Martin Dudzik was just recently chosen as the recipient of the Kodak Cinematography Apprenticeship offered by the National Apprenticeship Training Program.

Launched in 1984, the National Apprenticeship Training Program (NATP) is the Academy's longest-running and most successful professional development program. Since 1986, the program has placed over 150 film and television graduates with established industry professionals.

The NATP is designed to provide hand-on apprenticeship experience within a professional environment for students who have completed post-secondary film, television, communications or related studies. Its purpose is to expose talented students to the labour market, easing their career entry into the industry.

Comprised of leading industry professionals, an Academy NATP jury selects the top students in the country to receive paid training on professional productions.
